Data Store
We don’t store personal information on our servers. All information collected by the app is sent directly to your local hosted instance of Apex MCU+ (Master Control Unit).
Website Visitors
Like most website operators, Apex Infosys India collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Apex Infosys India’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Apex Infosys India’s visitors use its website. From time to time, Apex Infosys India may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

All information collected by the applications is sent directly to your local hosted instance of Apex MCU. This includes, but is not limited to, sensor data and location data, which at times is sent while the application is in the background. At no point is this data logged on our public/private servers or given to a 3rd party.
Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information
Certain visitors to Apex Infosys India’s websites choose to interact with Apex Infosys India in ways that require Apex Infosys India to gather personally-identifying information.
